Automated document archiving directly from the ERP system
The certified interface "To DocuWare" enables document archiving from Dynamics 365 Business Central. Commercial documents are automatically transferred to the DocuWare Cloud for audit-proof document archiving (directly as PDF). Document and index data are transferred as part of monitored batch processing.
When an indexed document is stored in DocuWare, the document can also be called up (via URL) from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using a so-called document link. The two systems are connected via the document link. However, the communication between the two systems is exclusively encrypted.
Possible as an additional app: To support the approval and digital processing of electronic and paper-based incoming invoices, for example, a preconfigured workflow has also been implemented. The account assignment and invoice information is then automatically transferred from DocuWare to financial accounting for further processing and made available to all authorized users in the ERP system. All master data required for the process is provided via Business Central.
The support of further business processes is possible on request: comparison of purchase orders, scanning of supplier delivery notes, project files, etc.
